What is used
TradeRoots uses necessary first-party cookies for account sessions, MFA challenges and protection against forged requests. These enable sign-in and secure form submissions. Session cookies have a maximum lifetime of twelve hours, with server sessions ending after thirty minutes of inactivity. MFA sign-in challenges normally expire after five minutes; security setup cookies can last up to ten minutes. A random, HttpOnly traderoots-browser security cookie recognizes this browser for up to one year so we can alert you to unfamiliar sign-ins. It does not replace your password or MFA. Security tokens may be renewed during use.
Preferences and local storage
When you choose EN or FR, traderoots-language remembers that choice for up to one year. Browser storage can also remember your chosen dashboard layout. These preferences support the settings you request. Clearing cookies may sign you out or reset preferences. Blocking necessary cookies prevents secure account use.
Analytics, advertising and external content
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party audience analytics on the site. There are no optional advertising or analytics categories to accept. We will request the consent required before introducing them. Links or content opened with an external provider are subject to that provider’s privacy practices. You can use your browser settings to inspect or clear stored data.
